Atlas Corps
Atlas Corps is an international nonprofit organization that provides a unique fellowship program for nonprofit leaders from the U.S. to volunteer overseas and for nonprofit leaders from overseas to volunteer in the U.S. for a year of skills development training and service. The primary objective of our development training fellowship is to provide an opportunity for international nonprofit leaders to to learn best practices, share unique insights, and then return home to globally network their skills. Communities in Schools
Communities In Schools is the nation’s largest dropout prevention organization.  Founded in 1977, Communities In Schools operates in 27 states and the District of Columbia, serving 1.2 million K-12 students annually, at 3,200 schools.  CIS works inside public schools, with a site-based coordinator who identifies and addresses the unmet needs of students by coordinating services that help keep them in school.

Hope Worldwide

The LEAGUE’s school and web-based programming provides the resources for teachers to engage students in making a positive difference in their community and the world. KaBOOM! is a national non-profit organization that envisions a great place to play within walking distance of every child in America. Mass Mentoring
Mass Mentoring Partnership, with offices in Boston and Springfield, is the only organization of its kind in Massachusetts devoted to strategically expanding quality mentoring to meet the needs of youth statewide. Mass Mentoring serves more than 130 youth mentoring programs representing over 20,000 mentoring relationships. Specific services delivered to programs include: statewide advocacy support, identification of funding opportunities, sponsorship of statewide mentor recruitment and public awareness campaigns, program consultation and advisory services, and comprehensive trainings for staff.

Michigan Community Service Commission
The Michigan Community Service Commission builds a culture of service by providing vision and resources to strengthen communities through volunteerism.  In 2008, it is granting more than $5.9 million in federal funds to local communities for volunteer programs and activities.  The MCSC's signature programs are AmeriCorps, Learn and Serve, Mentor Michigan, and the Governor's Service Awards.  It is a part of the Michigan Department of Human Services, which assists children, families, and vulnerable adults to be safe, stable, and self-supporting.

US Public Service Academy
The U.S. Public Service Academy is a grassroots initiative to build a civilian counterpart to the military service academies. Modeled on the military service academies, the Public Service Academy will provide more than 5000 students with a rigorous, federally-subsidized undergraduate education focused on leadership development and public service. In exchange, students will be required to spend five years in civilian public service to the country following graduation.
