| What happened | We had 10 Windstream employees from the Treasury Department bring their families to help clean up the park area around Lake Williastein located in Maumelle, Arkansas (Pulaski County). We had a total of 17 folks that volunteered their time to pick up litter from 8:30 to 11:00. We also had one individual who boated around the lake and got the trash along the shoreline. We had a great time, picked up a lot of litter and was a great opportunity to have the kids involved in this event. This area is located near the Windstram Corporate Headquarters just outside Little Rock, AR. Many of Windstream employees & customers live in this area and enjoy this park. |
