| What happened | Overall our cleanup went well. We started registration at 8:00 at the Spillway Area, signing up groups and individuals and assigning them an area to clean. Food preparation and prize set up began at Hwy 7 area at 8:00 with food being served at 12:00pm. Sponsors of our cleanup were announced and thanked during food service. Grand prizes were awarded to 10 top litter gitters, a prize also went to the group that found the most unusual item and 10 other door prizes were given away. Conclusion of the event was around 1:30pm. |
